We are a manufacturer's representative and consulting company, specializing in capital equipment and furnishings for the health care industry.
Our Mission
To find and market products that meet the industry's need for a balance in function, design, maintenance and labor, with an emphasis on overall "life cycle costs".
Our History
HealthCare Source began in 1987 as Dennis Boren Consulting Services. That mission: utilize twenty-five years of medical purchasing experience to help manufacturers develop products to meet the needs of the many segments of health care and to bring them to market. By 1991, consulting clients were asking us to find or develop knowledgeable health care representation in the California market; and so we started HealthCare Source. In 1994, we merged the businesses and incorporated as Nancy M. Boren and Associates, d.b.a. HealthCare Source. Nancy Boren manages the manufacturer's representative responsibility and Dennis Boren consults and serves as sales manager.
As our business grew over the years, so did the necessity for a larger sales force. As a result, Carole Price opened our Northern California office in 2002. Two years later, Zach Boren joined the company at the HealthCare Source main offices in Southern California, followed by Matt Boren in 2007.

HealthCare Source selects and represents products that meet criteria established through years of purchasing experience. We only sell products that we would buy! We only represent a line if we are impressed with its unique ability to service the market, its quality, its value, and the commitment of the manufacturer to the high level of service health care customers demand. As a result, our clients are able to make selections from the entire HealthCare Source package with confidence and high expectations.
